Add blog page to the websites

We would like to add a blog page to the DIAG and CPG websites to describe the social parts of working within DIAG (DIAG day, DIAG weekend, etc.) which may be of interest to external people. We need to figure out how to add this page and this requires a better understanding of the website's underlying code.

I'm not sure if it's still worth putting effort into this. I think having the monthly news item is nice, but even that requires quite a bit of effort on our side, and I feel that people generally aren't that interested. Personally, I'd be in favor of closing this issue for now, as the task is quite time-consuming and I don't think we'll really benefit from it. On the other hand, it would have been a good exercise to understand the underlying code of the website.
