Looks like we can update our code of conduct that's behind the readme on the landing page to reflect the updated UCAR code of conduct available here https://www.ucar.edu/who-we-are/ethics-integrity/codes-conduct/contributors.

Maybe we can also link to this on the README to make it more visible?
