SAMRAI user docs?

Are SAMRAI user docs maintained someplace? I see that there are some files in the docs directory, but there is no mention of that and no links to any other documentation on the GitHub project page. It would be good to point users at docs you do have.

Also, the link to SAMRAI publications on the GitHub project page is broken.

+1. It looks like the page linked on GitHub should be https://computing.llnl.gov/projects/samrai/software. I don't think those are user docs, but slightly better than the 404!
