I want to keep this repo in line with fmripost-aroma and any related template repo the nipreps team ends up making.

I'm also happy to transfer the repo's ownership to nipreps if we (the ME-ICA team) don't want to maintain a BIDS App.

I also want to ensure that this App works with preprocessing BIDS Apps other than fMRIPrep (e.g., nibabies, nirodents).
