While pydra is the future, I've been finding with fMRIPost-AROMA and fMRIPost-Phase that a lot of the fMRIPost workflow relies on nipype workflows from Niworkflows, sMRIPrep, and fMRIPrep. It's probably easiest to just use nipype for now.
