Check upper bounds when reading/writing from hypervisor #260

When accessing from hypervisor memory for IO, we trust the Guest at the moment to provide valid upper-bounds: fe781c4#diff-0ce2e20ac81cfdfa15152da4e6eefb54e7093606957df175c5d0ef3cf53dcfacR112
