It would be nice if you could add an application for Android and also for GPU. Apparently @sirzooro was able to run it, see BOINC/boinc#1686

Correct me if I am wrong but Milkywayathome needs FP64

I highly doubt there's any Android devices that advertise their GPUs having double precision FP64 support (cl_khr_fp64)
Most phones I have seen only have single precision FP32 support and half precision FP16 support (cl_khr_fp16)

The linked GPU provided by MESA does have FP64 support
So support is highly dependent on vendor
