The page should contain a link to http://wiki.openseamap.org/images/0/0f/Vessel_info_de.pdf with the hint that if they have not measured their vessel yet, this sheet tells them everything they need to know.

They could then print this out and take it with them.

The link would then be only in german. I agree to have some verbose information on the web page but a link to a pdf is definitly not the way to have nice usability.

If we had the pdf in different languages, could the link be localized? I.e. one link if your language is german, another if it is english?
