How to fix layout lagging ( very laggy)

When I swipe layout and swipe down is verry laggy. How to fix it?

Yeah, it's laggy. There is some kind of transformation of Views at the scroll and too at very fast pace, this is the reason it lags. I am putting forward to remove this transformation.

Of course, the next release will have no such transformation UX. Which penalizes the main thread performance.
