You call mbedtls_ecp_mul without an RNG:

elliptic-curve-differential-fuzzer/modules/mbedtls.c

Line 47 in 6b624da

r = mbedtls_ecp_mul(&group, &point2, &scalar1, &point1, NULL, NULL);

But since Mbed-TLS/mbedtls@75525ae it must be called with an RNG or it will always fail.
