Bump sqlparse version to ver 0.5.0+ and let users use different versions of sqlparse

Hello.

I think that might be a good idea to bump the sqlparse requirement to 0.5.0+, or let users use different versions of sqlparse since it creates different conflicts on production systems.

For example: dbt-core in ver 1.8+ and acryl-datahub python package has a conflict.
