https://github.com/dotnet/dnceng/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+label%3A%22Build+Failed%22+daily and https://dev.azure.com/dnceng/internal/_build?pipelineNameFilter=daily shows that the daily pipelines have been failing for at least a week. These builds are critical as they are the ones that cycle secrets when they are reaching expiration.
