Cost centres in expense claim cannot be updated/ even if they are, the reposting does not happen of the entries.

Unable to repost GL entries of Expense claims, when the cost-centres of the expense claim is updated.
Also, by default the cost centres are not been allowed to update which is not the case with other transactional doctypes (PI,PO,SI, etc)

Describe the solution you'd like

Be able to edit cost centres (this is a feature of v15) and then automatic reposting of the ledger entries.
