New address screen form to be cleaned from the field technical name

While the webshop customer is creating the address the technical field names are being shown on the form. See picture attached.

Its not an issue per se , but since I am new to Docker , I would like some assistance on how to proceed after installing docker and bench in docker .

1. Also in the mentioned screenshot not able to fetch the Country list.
   

2. When the product is added to cart. There comes a text field to enter the comment which had lot of tab spaces. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.
