Curtently you’ve implemented localized small caps features for dotted and dotless i, which available for Turkish, Azerbaijani and Crimtatar.

Kazakhstan introduced official Latin alphabet in recent years, which also have this pair. So these features should also available for Kazakh language.

Seen from this article, I think this should also available for Tatar (ISO 639-1: tt) and Gagauz (ISO 639-3: gag) languages.
