Add syslog to docker image

In order to audit any operations in Vault, I wanted to add syslog audit device but got an error "Unix syslog delivery error". It means that syslog daemon isn't included in the Vault docker image. How can I resolve this issue and what kind of capabilities need to be included to the docker container?
