General Instructions

Do not modify the README.md directly, it is compiled from .bib files and the static/README.md.

Pull Requests will not be merged if a committed copy of README.md cannot be re-produced when make readme runs.

Work-in-progress or ready-to-merge?

• If a Pull Request is a work-in-progress, label it as [WIP].
• If a Pull Request is ready, label it as [MRG].
