How to put button that is created through Extra button at the first place in toolbar

Qu1. Is it possible to put button that is created through extraButtons object, to take first place in toolbar?
I tried many way but seems it always comes at the last.

Qu2: How to remove extra Hs and other name from the paragaph through controls.
Tried

controls: {
component: 'select',
paragraph: {
list: ({
h1: 'H1',
h2: 'H2',
h3: 'H3' ,

}
},

But doent work at all. It always shows up, name does change but, I want rest from the list like H4 , code . quote to disappear.
Let me know how to overide it?
