Sometimes there is confusion to what layer is currently active. Now the active layer can only be identified by either testing out a certain key or by visual indication of leds. We've all got a good hold on the 10 finger system by now so having to look down on your keyboard feels like a step backwards

A display of the currently active layer somewhere on the screen would be an improvement. Maybe as a task/menu bar item associated with chrysalis
