(beginner) How to work with data in the cloud. Using object storage for science and sharing - I got all of the stuff for this one
(medium) 3D visualization in the cloud. Understand + present your beautiful data better - This will be a medium amount of work, but I love this stuff haha.
(advanced) Scaling up compute beyond a single server (dask-gateway + potential other options) - This one is easy for me to make
(advanced) Running non-interactive compute jobs (using kbatch) - I am betting that we have enough material for this by october, but its a bit more of a gamble since it involves setting up things that we do not currently have implemented

(beginner) How cloud data works. Instead of a didactic workshop on basics of cloud data usage, use the workshop to present and then have back and forth discussion of when using the cloud to store data would be preferable. Start with overview of the case as we see it, listen to push back from audience members, more back and forth.
(advanced) How to migrate data to the Catalog / how to use the data catalog. Basically the feedstock tutorial
(intermediate) how to structure your paper-accompanying github repo to be more easily integrated into Pangeo? Reproducibility stuff
Just to add on the Dask stuff, I think an explanation of how to monitor and optimize Dask even for smaller workflows that don't require Gateway would be helpful.
