When using USPS Informed delivery, mail is detected but packages are not. Logs show an error related to HTML processing
Reproducing this happens each time the integration polls for email from USPS and there is mail existing in the inbox/selected folder
When processing the mail, it is expected that the mail and packages are detected properly
