YT play button icon transition on page load

When loading the page for the first time you can see the play button transitioning from the paused state to the play state. Not ideal.

This is likely a consistent issue across themes, but we can start by solving it in YT.

Possibly using the new @starting-style feature, though that may not apply if this is specifically from media-controller applying mediapaused to the button.

@shraddha761 thanks for volunteering! After some testing I think adding mediapaused like in the issue description will work. But I'm finding it hard to test. Can you say if you see the play/pause icon transition on page load here? https://player.style/themes/yt
