Can't build 1.16.6

Describe the issue

I tried to build on WSL Ubuntu from the 1.16.6 zip release by running ./tools/make-edge.sh. Everything looks fine, but when I load the extension in Edge it does nothing.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

1. Download latest release, unzip
2. ./tools/make-edge.sh from uBlock-Edge-1.16.6
3. Load extension in Edge
