    The network diagnostics feature performs connectivity health checks to services, endpoints, and load balancers. As part of that, the Cluster Network Operator (CNO) creates the network-check-source Deployment and the network-check-target DaemonSet. This enhancement allows cluster administrators to configure the pod placement for both network-check-source and network-check-target.

    This is a proposal to set ImportMode for imagestreams dynamically based on the payload type of the cluster. This means that if the OCP release payload is a singlemanifest payload, the importMode for all imagestreams by default will be Legacy and if the payload is a multi payload the default will be PreserveOriginal.

  • 1606: (2/2) network: Create networking-console-plugin.md (upalatucci)

    At present, several pages within the networking section of our console are defined within the console repository. However, working with the console repository has slowed down development and there are multiple motivations to convert static console plugins into dynamic ones described here. To address this, we propose relocating the relevant code to a separate repository named "networking-console-plugin" and integrating it into the cluster-networking-operator. Specifically: Services, Route, Ingress, NetworkPolicy, and NetworkAttachmentDefinition pages for listing, creating, and editing those resources.
