can i display custom form to user

I created a custom form name Product Registration now want to display that form to visitors that they can register a product is that possible if yes then how?

I think you must mean to have posted this in the osTicket-1.8 repo. That said, associate with a help topic by setting the "Extra Fields" setting to your custom form. When the help topic is selected, the form will be added to the new ticket screen
