Only make showcase components clickable if there is a url

Usually we add showcase talks to the website before creating the Discourse post because we don't yet have the full abstract for the talk. Despite this, all showcase entries currently have a link component on the website, which may not bring the visitor anywhere. We should only include the link component if a url is provided with the showcase data.
