Describe the issue:

The contents of the Console are not stored anywhere, and are lost on reload.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run several R or Python commands.
2. Reload the window, or (in Positron Web) close the browser tab and reopen it later.

The Console is now blank (it just says Reconnected).

Expected or desired behavior:

Some or all of the contents of the Console should be restored; the pane often contains context, computational results, and history, so its contents are an important part of "picking up where you left off" in Posit Workbench.
