VS Code timeouts loading workspace

This is a familiar issue with Dev Spaces, possibly on a new node which hasn't yet launched udi, but happens frequently and will worry your workshop users first time they start it up.

The typical workaround is to pre-warm those users by creating their workspace in advance which you can do with the k8s API creating a namespace with annotation then adding DW and DWT objects and this would reduce the likelihood of this problem significantly.

The user workaround is to refresh the browser, which is perhaps easier to just document the problem in the lab guide but a bit ugly
