prerelease website stuck at generating script #65

Hi,

This really looks like #57.

I cannot generate prerelease scripts.

go to http://prerelease.ros.org/noetic
at stage "Select Repositories", select std_msgs + "Next"
at stage "Additional Options" just select "Next"
last stage "Select Dependents to Test" never finishes, the "Generate Command" stays greyed out

Tested on Firefox 124.0
