Update Data CardDav

Expected behaviour: push contact update

Current behaviour:
hi guys I'm having problems with Cardav, I have this scenario Ubunto 22.04 server with Baikal 0.9.5 on db Sqllite.
I have 3 clients one ios 17.6.1 ipad then two laptops one macOS 10.15.7 and one with macOS14.
If I update a contact on the ipad it is updated immediately on the server, I see the number of contacts in the counter increase.
If I update the contacts from one of the laptops I see that the number of contacts in the counter is increased.
Unfortunately however when I update from the iOS device on the Macos laptops until I close and reopen the contacts application the contacts do not appear and are not updated.
Same thing when I add a contact from a laptop it does not appear on the other laptop or on the ios device.
It almost seems that in some cases the data is not pushed to the client or the client does not request an update at pre-established times
