Keybind to alternate list types

Keybind to alternate bullet point and numbered list in a line and it's styles.
It makes sense to me to have a keybinding to activate a list, instead of having to go to back the start of a line to type a list character because I forgot to prefix it or changed my mind.
I imagine the the key combination can be Cmd/Ctrl+l for bullet points lists and Cmd/Ctrl+n for numbered lists. Pressing them more than once would change the bullet style * > - > + or 1. > a.

I definitely feel the need for this. I've had a number of thoughts on this in the past. My current plan is captured in #62, though moving into and out of the "structured" mode would make it a three stage operation (in, change, out).

My other thought was to do some kind keyboard shortcut chording, so you'd press Cmd/Ctrl+l (for "Line Stuff") and then some other key to do an operation to the whole line. (e.g. Cmd/Ctrl+l, * to switch to a * list item.)

Both options could exist at the same time.

You can very quickly burn out your shortcuts. Cmd/Ctrl+n is already used, for example. Also why #36 is important.
