Manual Sort would be super useful in locating folders and notes when the sidebar is populated.

Do you want to be able to manually sort files anywhere in the hierarchy of the file browser?

If you had the option to "pin" files to the top of the sidebar and then manually sort those, would that meet your needs, or would you find that insufficient?
