When batch processing, what step is it that causes the gift card to be set to "Reserved"? Is it when a checkbox next to an email address is clicked on the batch processing screen? We have an issue where 12 or so email addresses were sent 2 gift cards. The REDCap logs show a status of "Reserved" assigned for one gift card (264), but then on the next line, there is an "Update record" action that shows the next subsequent gift card number (265). The next Action in the log is where the status is set to "Claimed." It appears from the data export on the gift card library that both were 'claimed' by the one participant. And this happened 12 times. What would cause this? Would checking and unchecking the boxes in the batch processing list cause the glitch?! Trying to troubleshoot.
