There was a comment on a recent call about support for removing or editing tools like the Canvas Redirect Tools that are placed in a site. If this isn't something that can easily be done already in Canvas, this is something that Canvas App Explorer could be developed to do as a feature. It may need a separate tab or different user interface for these tools verses the Michigan tools. We'd have to see how much interest and effort it would be to implement this.
