Inference model

This issue is intended as a space to keep track of the TODOs for the default inference model:

• Use datacards to create first limits plots
• Switch to DNN output scores as sensitive variables when possible
• Implement DNN categories
• Implement all relevant processes (requires setting up datasets and processes (+ cross sections) in cmsdb https://github.com/uhh-cms/cmsdb/tree/master/cmsdb/processes)
• Implement all rate uncertainties as listed in naming conventions
• Implement relevant shape uncertainties
• Make use of the ParameterTransform features of the datacard writer (e.g. transform rate to shape or symmetrize)
