QEMU v5.2.0 Apple Silicon
This is QEMU v5.2.0 with Apple M1 and iOS support. The following patchsets were applied:

- Additional patches for building as a shared library (for UTM iOS), and for running as a NSTask child process (for UTM macOS)
You must manually sign the built artifacts with the com.apple.security.hypervisor entitlement to use the HVF accelerator!
Also included are SPICE guest tools for Windows which contains drivers and guest agent for Windows (Intel and ARM64).
