夸克浏览器插件异常，一直显示加载中，界面的按钮一个也点不动，无法正常使用。

尝试安装源码版本，注释掉这一段错误代码后就可以使用了。

这不是猫抓的问题。
夸克没有提供 chrome.downloads API 估计是魔改了浏览器的下载功能，取消了或未添加下载相关API
下载资源需要这个API 注释这段代码资源也无法下载...

会尝试到夸克社区提交这个问题....
