Hola!, I'm Alexa - aka axelavar 👋

Hey, I'm Alexa (axelavar) 👋! I'm a Staff Software Engineer focused on front-end technologies and currently the tech lead of the dashboard squad at Grafana Labs. With over 10 years of experience, I love working with JavaScript and React JS. My main thing is creating web apps that are super user-friendly and can scale up. I pay a lot of attention to making sure everyone can use them (so yes, I keep accessibility (a11y) in mind), and I'm always thinking about what users need.

When I'm not coding, I'm all about coming up with new ideas, helping out my team, and using data to make smart choices. I'm big on always learning and sharing what I know, especially when it comes to using tech to solve real-life problems.
