Administration Manual - to be created

Usage of QSystem:

  • Basic Mode - Customer Service Representative creates tickets to track usage and statistics
  • Reception Mode - There is a receptionist to create tickets and manage queue
  • Self-Serve Mode - The Citizen choose a service via a touch screen device with the ability to print out the ticket

Digital Signage Modes:

  1. Basic: Display information and show the number of citizens in queue
  2. Call: Display information and call citizen to counter when Customer Service Representative is ready.

Features:

  1. Customer Service Representative and Receptionist Web Module (QUser)
  2. Java client for Self-Service Ticket Dispensing Module (FWelcome)
  3. Web based module for Digital Signage (QSmartboard)
  4. Administration Form (needs to be enhanced) (FAdmin)
  5. Reception Display (FReception) ** Needs to be enhanced and integrated with Admin Form.

Not currently being used or updated:

  1. Java Client for Customer Service Representative (FClient)
