This PR bootstraps this repository with the necessary resources to build a hosted product devfile registry service:

  • JBoss EAP stack
  • Dockerfile and build scripts for building the product registry in AppSRE's pipelines
  • OpenShift template yamls for deploying and testing the registry in AppSRE's pipelines
  • Simple GitHub action to build the product registry on PRs
